I've just watched this movie a couple of hours ago and all I can say is.. TWO THUMBS UP!!Damn, i should've get this on its BOOK FORM, they say books are always better than the film versions. I am satisfied with the film so I think it would be much nicer to read it.
After watching this movie, I learned a lot of stuff, specially the term "Geisha" which is always mistaken as terms for Prostitutes. It is not. It means "ARTIST". And as an artist, they are suppose to master all forms of artistry, from Dancing to Entertaining They are supposed to be highly intelligent conversationalist, too. Or least their "potential" customers will loss their interest. Overall, i really liked the story of this movie. It teaches us that Behind all those smiles, behind all those beauty lies a person who could have the whole world with just one glance, yet deprived of the most important thing in the world--- LOVE.
